What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that involves analysing strategies and patterns you use and applying them to reach a personal goal.

Our view of the world can sometimes be distorted, how we perceive ourselves and our environment is created and formed through our senses, thoughts and experience.

NLP helps you to understand your perception’s of the world and the effect this may have on your thoughts and behaviour. Together we breakdown those perceptions in order to understand your thinking, behavioural patterns, emotional state and aspirations.
